- Cabbage
- Bean Sprouts
- Carrots
- Chives
- Onion
- Garlic
- Pork Belly
- Soy Sauce 1tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 2tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- MSG 2tsp

Very nice setup, just an input it's better cooking in batches, 1. Quick stir fry all the veggies(carrots, onion & cabbage) to reduce the moisture in very high heat and lots of tossing.2 either deep fried/stir fried the meat and take out. 3. At low heat add the garlic rise the temperature slowly and mix everything (meat & veggies) add the seasoning and souce set the temperature at high heat and keep tossing and add the chives & bean sprouts give quick tossing and done, the reason to batching is too prevent overcooked the veggies and drying the meat , so at the end you've crunchy veggies with juicy meats...

Love pork belly but have never prepared it stir fry. Going to give it a try. You have a great setup for woking!

Looks good! A very simple an elegant dish thats quick to make use of any leftover ingredients like your bean sprouts or cabbage that's been sitting in the fridge for too long!

That's one serious burner you have there! We have just had a new kitchen put in and made the mistake of fitting an induction hob. Hopeless for stir fry's which just happens to be my favourite type of cooking so after getting one of these burner's myself. Not had one before so was wondering how you think they are gas usage wise? And i'm guessing they are for outside use only? Thanks. Lovely looking dish by the way and i use pork belly also. Delicious and cheap also.

Thanks for your comment! Unlike BBQ, usually wok cooking is really quick so I don't need to refill the gas very often. I would not use this 20,000BTU burner indoor but I guess you could at your own risk. Best to use it outdoor if you have space. I will try to film some more wok cookings in the near future. You should get a legit stirfry wok burner from amazon they are like 70 bucks. they are more condensed on the wok so it burns like it should. except I would be careful with a 20lb tank I think they use tall 40lb tanks in japan with those.

@@campshokudo5768 only difference is its not near any running water and wok restaurants always have hot water pouring out so they can boil in seconds.
