Dear Greg! Your videos are among the best on KZbin. I like you hands down way of explaining how to use those high power wok burners. I am still struggling with wok tossing and like to ask whether you could do a video on that? I understand that you could do a wok toss „in the air“ or by resting the wok on the shield. I guess you would come up with a very instructive way of explaining the art of wok tossing :). Cheers Stephan

I have a video idea! Could you do a video just on Heat Management when using the wok using a high-pressure burner? When to turn the heat up or down, how hot the wok needs to be before adding oil and how hot it should be after adding the ingredients.....etc to get that Wok Hei.
