Ugali na 'turungi' in the morning, Africa kweli we are one! I love this lady @ItsWoven and she sounds like a Luyha of Kenya. When she says you are welcome the first day and after three days you no longer is a visitor, you are part of the household, reminds me of Swahili poem 'Mgeni siku ya kwanza..', meaning the visitors first day

In 2010 I was traveling to Windhoek for my brothers funeral with my 2 sisters who were holding a Ugandan passports, I was let in but my sister were deported to uganda and the missed the burial of our big brother. It’s sad that I still feel sad after 11 years. In Africa we still carry on our colonizers work of dividing our self. ❤️ ur work Wode Maya👋🏾

Wode ur a true proud African waking up from different beds on the continent. You are revealing very down to earth cultural practices we hardly read even in available literature. What a good boy you are!!! Blessed be the woman who natured you.
