Woke culture comes from the Israelites in the Old Testament: -Hebrews lived in Egypt and identified as the oppressed good guys who no longer wanted to work for and under the conditions set by the rich bad guys, the kings of Egypt, the Pharaoh. -So they set up the proletariat uprising and demanded liberation so that they could walk into the sunset where the utopia was a land flowing with milk and honey and the people will all become priests with no one to work for. - Of course the Pharaoh those the idea was ridiculous. Then the subversion, sabotage and secret killings started across Egypt. -The revolutionary were chased and they fled. So first: -identity politics -propaganda of being the good guy -then the bad oppressors are formed as the antithesis to the previous thesis to result into separation as the ultimate synthesis. Marxism is Judaism. Wokeness is biblical. Moses, Aaron and Joshua are Lenin, Gramci and Karl Marx.

that is one take... although incorrect [in part]. Replacement/evolutionary ideas are either perversions of a prior concept or perhaps truly improved (not likely the latter imho). There is nothing wrong with oppressed peoples to desire not to be or to claim their victimhood if they are victims [Ten Commandments movie, anyone?] The question is what are the rules of justice or demand for 'rights' we can apply consistently and universally, without hypocrisy. Woke people may be correct in the symptoms they notice (perhaps more aware at times than their counterparts), but they diagnose wrongly and precribe the wrong medications (to analogize justice to medical practice). The woke justice uses 'witch hunting' or 'lynching' methods of getting "closure" without adequate standing, evidence of a crime, or evidence of who did it, much less segregating duties if in the way. The Bible teaches a real justice (for us to follow and which common law has derived itself from) even if Jews or Christians fail to oblige or follow the rules. It even states that you can't give justice preferences to the poor just because they are. And so, that doesn't mean the enlightenment antithesis / synthesis arguments have progressed the concept of justice. In fact these at best are perversions of prior justice and these modernist constructs arguably give a false, replacement hope and undermine the foundation on which concept of justice is even reasonably apprehended (moral arguments based on a non-contingent lawgiver).
