This channel is going to explode. Genuine conversations between intelligent and deep-thinking people who do their due diligence. If this man is running, I'm voting. We need more individuals like this in all sectors of our institutions. Bravery and competence are rarer than I could have ever imagined to my great dismay.

I just listened to the podcast version of this interview, and I came here to see how many views the video has. I'm super disappointed that it only has 3.1 K views. Anyway, Jennifer's story needs to be heard, and Vivek needs to be elected. I loved how Vivek savagely and rightfully took down the cowardly CEO.

Wokeism is a term that is used to describe a political and social movement that emphasizes the importance of awareness of systemic racial and social injustice. The term is often used in a derogatory way by those who disagree with the movement's goals or methods. The term "woke" was originally used in African American communities in the early 1970s to describe people who were aware of racial injustice. The term gained wider popularity in the late 2010s as the Black Lives Matter movement gained momentum. Wokeism is often associated with a number of other terms, such as "social justice," "cancel culture," and "political correctness." These terms are often used interchangeably, but they have slightly different meanings. Social justice is a broad term that refers to the idea that all people should have equal rights and opportunities. Cancel culture is a term that refers to the practice of boycotting or withdrawing support for people or organizations that are seen as having done something wrong. Political correctness is a term that refers to the avoidance of saying or doing things that could be considered offensive to others. Wokeism is a complex and controversial topic. There is no single definition of the term, and its meaning can vary depending on who is using it. However, the term is generally used to describe a movement that is committed to raising awareness of systemic racial and social injustice. Here are some of the key tenets of wokeism: * The belief that racism and other forms of systemic injustice are still prevalent in society. * The belief that it is important to challenge these forms of injustice and to work to create a more just society. * The belief that everyone has a responsibility to speak out against injustice and to promote equality. Wokeism has been criticized by some for being too focused on identity politics and for being intolerant of opposing viewpoints. However, its supporters argue that it is a necessary movement to address the deep-seated problems of racism and inequality in society.

Dear Vivek, Great energy but poor prep and listening skills on your part. Please study guest's CV before interview. Jennifer told you early on she'd been a gymnast and wrote a book about her experience in 2008. You should've known this beforehand. Same thing with Douglas Murray; you were not aware of his most recent book. More focus please.

what levi's did to her reminds me of Mao's China or even the nazis. My only hope for the US to escape Germany's Weimar Republic fate is that enough non-anglo saxons in America have assimilated the political common sense of the American Anglo Saxons who set up the US, Germans were not so lucky and we know what happenede Thank God tha more and more non-Anglo Saxons are speaking up; many Indians, Chilnese, Hispanics, Jews, etc., are coming out swinging for America.

Please take legal action against Levi’s! I ended up losing my job as well and while I can’t prove it was due to my independent thoughts and expression, my role fell under HR and I witnessed so much hypocrisy in regards to “diversity and inclusion” on a daily basis. It makes me sick. And I, too, have been ostracized from mom groups and my own cousin who went on social media and called me a racist and other very dangerous names after I expressed an opposing viewpoint/perspective. Jennifer Sey, you are a warrior. I have so much respect for you and I really hope you finally hold Levi’s accountable.

I love how absolutely incensed he is at the cowardice of the Levi’s ceo over not supporting her right to speak freely as a private citizen. It seems to pluck his nerves particularly as a business leader because he knows both how easy it would have been and how consequential it would have been for him to take a stand at that time.

Fantastic interview. I used to take the golden gate transit bus daily from Marin to the tech company I worked for in SF and passed the Levi corporate building on battery st everyday. There were people on my bus who worked there and I used to think how fortunate they were to work for Levi, such a “cool” company with so much great American history. No more. They are dead to me. Vivek, thank you for bringing Jennifer on…the only constructive criticism I’d give is to allow your guests to complete their thoughts before chiming in so often. It’s frustrating as a speaker and a listener to be interrupted by commentary constantly. 🙏
