Tak, Such a relaxing and well produced video. I’m not a vegetable lover nor hater, but rather an uneducated cook. I too am retired and can easily put your system together. I absolutely love cooking Asian, but have to get a better grip on sauces. You indicated you use a ceramic vegetable knife, but didn’t explain your reasoning for that type of knife except it was simple. Could you explain that choice?
