This fantastic. I just made it. Although I used double the green beans, and no broccoli. I have such a hard time cooking broccoli. I had to substitute Scallions for Shallots, and didn't have red onion so I used yellow. Added in a bunch of garlic powder to end, and it worked out so well. Thanks Tak!

Tak, For people like me who have high blood pressure, do you have any favorites for low-sodium recipes? I've been doing stir fry and wok for for about a year after learning about your channel, and it has boosted my health drastically. All my levels are more lower than before.., but I do consume alot more sodium than the doctor likes. Working without sauces like soy, oyster, or hosin make it difficult to find good balance.
