How are you able to use spells that are only for staves or bows while using a sword?

Hey, thanks for the build. Really like the gameplay! Just a Question because I´m new in the game. When you say 700 in agility, is it recommend, like your other build-videos (found a comment) start 4 in agility and 6 in toughness till its 700? thanks for your answer!

If you want, you can give agility first and get 700 points or if you want, you can distribute the points in the form of 6 agility 4 toughness. Its up to you.

Why so much agility? I thought that only really helps with charge speed for some skills?
