I love this. I have a tin whistle, but haven't got that good yet. I can play Bonny Portmore and the titanic theme decently though.

Awesome, I wanted to learn how to play this one, be it that it will likely take me forever to play that fast. But I adore that tune! Thank you so much!!! Have a beautiful day/evening! Hugs! 🤗❤

Wonderful stuff. Out of the ordinary for me certainly. nice to have something to expand my horizons a bit. On that note and further to the “bird of prey……sounds like beadles” disappointment. I just ordered a book “the penny whistle book” by robin williamson. Seems to be a bit of a hidden gem,( maybe not so hidden? Perhaps I’ve been overlooking it) but it seems to include lots of classic english and american tunes. Probably out of copyright, and seems to have loads of very satisfied reviews about the choice of tunes. Sure you’re busy, but in case that one passed you by as well, just a thought for your consideration. Maybe loads of people would love to have a series even just of someone playing those tunes as written, since for ear learners it’s going to be a case of searching out a version to compare to the notated music in the book. Found the book looking for some “english tunes” to learn. (Have irish family but am 100% english) so I’ve always had an interest in irish music through my mom. But it would be nice to learn a few more native tunes from this side of the irish sea…..just so….. I don’t have to feel quite such an interloper 🤣

Did you solve your problem about the copyright?
@CutiepieTinWhistle2 ай бұрын
@@timsharon5518 uhh, not really no. There isn't a way of covering copyrighted songs legally (with a video that's been published globally) unless the record label grants you a synchronization license for the song. It means paying thousands each time I cover a tune and a lengthy process of finding who the artist is, who manages them, contacting the agency and attempting to obtain a license (that they probably won't agree too)...for every single cover 😅 So for the moment I'm working with public domain music, my own original compositions, and artists that give me permission (while the strike is active at least). x
