I don’t get why the parents decided to abandon Rhydian at this point. Like recently Maddy has been the one to mess up. Maddy is the one who ran away when she discovered Eolas and Rhydian had to help find her. Maddy we the one who locked the parents in the cellar and Rhydian tried to convince her to maybe change her mind. And now the photos were Maddy’s idea, but Rhydian is someone responsible for every bad decision Maddy has ever made. Like 🤬

It's been two years since your comment and a decade since the show was airing, but Rhydian played his part, he was the one who taught Maddie about Eolas, obviously her mom specifically wouldn't find that great and Rhydian was also the one who told Maddie that being wolves free in the wilderness was how it was supposed to be, he influenced her.
