Hey Rich, not sure if you have already done an episode on this but if you haven’t, thoughts on a punt episode on kings and maybe sean. I’ve seen all the abc videos in the old ring with Sean and being the young guns shaking everything up, however would be good to learn about how kings started out. Apologies if this already exists. Cheers mate love the content

The best "overs" anywhere tomorrow is Sock Nation, First up it was climbing over them looking for a run when 10th to Jimmysstar, then second up it ran 3rd to Atishu and Amelia's Jewel,(at WFA, EQUAL WEIGHTS) either of them in this with 53.5kg's and you wouldn't be able to get on, they would be very short in this, she carried 57kg's behind two of the best Mares in a Group One, now she drops 3.5kg's in a virtual "Welter", the fave Light Infantry Man, beat Globe and Ain'tnodeeldun, how is it fave to beat Socks Nation? you just can't compare the form, I know the JMac tax applies but even so I would need double figures to back him and would take single figures Socks Nation.....it is all about price, I think this mare has come back much better this time and WA looks like a Plan 3rd up, she can only get better....and $20 is available(or it was) and will also have something on Searchin' Rocks at a long price

Another novel. You must not actually bet real money George with this insight. Complete delusion to have Socks Nation shorter than Light Infantry Man in any market - which is why it's drifting with all the corps. It's got none from the wide barrier. If it rolls forward it will be 3 wide no cover the trip outside of Comfort Me and Belclare. If it jags back it doesn't have the turn of foot of light infantry man and a few others. It should be $50's with the speed map. It would need the PR of all PRs to win. I've had a crack at Belclare at the early price of $8 - it can lead or sit outside lead and will be very hard to run down if the wind isn't playing havoc there this week. Good luck

Territory Express is NOT unlucky all the time, they keep on booking Jockeys who "ride for luck" at least that is the term they use, in fact they are brain dead, and they have done it again, it's amazing, Put JMac, Nash, Blake Shinn etc do you really think they are just "lucky" Jockeys", they make their own luck, they don't just "hope" for luck, Collett finds more bums than the Gay Parade, he will need horses to just get out of his way, if it happens he can win, and he will get awarded "ride of the day" that ain't how jockey's like JMac ride, they use things like Centrifugal forces, something I doubt most Jockeys could even spell, let alone understand, the greats are always thinking and looking and reading what is happening before it happens, Collett needs a coach and he could be that good, but he just sits and waits and hopes, for mine he is almost unbackable and I have a good opinion of him, he just has some rough edges that the greats don't have but the basics are there to get to the top
@danielrobinson2927Ай бұрын
Any danger of you ever leaving a comment that isn't the length of a novel? Re Territory Express it doesn't matter who is on it when it keeps missing the kick every start. The horse is it's own worst enemy. That said after the spray you gave Collett it's probably a moral now.

If I said The sky is blue, I would tell you why I thought the sky was blue, Maybe you should not read them if you only have the attention span of a Gold Fish, you will just get confused......you don't want that to happen when you ain't that bright to start with, do you?

@@AdmiringEarth-lm5fh sorry mate I was agreeing with you. Yeah I found it a bit on the nose that he didn't talk about it. KGs biggest day and a $1m G1 deserves more than that. I don't really get hype around jockeys. Generally, the best jockeys get the best rides, so are more likely to win, right? Shouldn't we measure a jockey's ability based on a horse's ability to perform above where the market expected it to finish? As we do with assessing a horses performance, winning isn't enough, you need to benchmark it against other similar races to determine above or below performance. This is not a particularly novel idea and common in many disciplines, for example in finance fund managers are measured based on their ability to outperform an index.
