I doubt he would keep the others around. Certainly Italy as it wouldn't be powerful enough to stop Germany from doing anything. Japan might be left alone and then they might go into a cold war with each other afterwards, or he could potentially try and cut Japan down before it became more/as powerful as Germany. The Germans did Work on nuclear weaponry before the Americans, only a weeks time might have changed the overall outcome, such as the one shown here.
