Agree with your assessments. Nothing extraordinary about their steaks to justify its prices. Honestly, mas nagustohan ko pa yung steaks sa Outback Steakhouse or yung sirloin ni Texas Roadhouse. 😅😅😅

Dry aging is not good. Wolfgang had a few steathouses in China. All people there dont like dry aging. They start to sell chinese steak now.
