We follow Wolfgang Puck and over 200 of the best chefs from his restaurants around the world to see how they have been catering the Oscars Governors Ball for the last 25 years. The crew prepares 25,000 dishes to serve 1,500 celebrities in the span of one hour. From the prep work, to firing every dish as soon as the last award is announced, we see what it takes to pull off the night flawlessly.

I really learned how good Wolfgang Puck is not just by eating at one of his restaurants (Five Sixty in Dallas) but seeing him on Iron Chef. He calmly went about his business, never panicked, effectively communicated with his assistants and won - almost made it seem like it wasn't a challenge (although I'm sure it was, even for him.) He's a class act all the way.

Saola2107 The extra truffles are Wolfgang’s instruction not Streisand’s special request. The pot pie, on the other hand, is a longstanding tradition between her and Wolfgang. dissociate explains that exactly right. That pot pie is like no other.
