just bought it! loved it on the first sight. and then saw the review, the shaving part is incredible. didn't expect it doing that well!

Yeah it is a really decent knife for that price - I am still using it today and carry it with me when going on motorcycle tours or so. Still performs surprisingly well for a D2 type of knife.

Is it legal in Germany to just have it in my pocket at all times. I would like to have it around for work. The D2 knives that I used to be able to get in the U.S. are not available over here. This is the best folder for the price that I've seen in Germany so far.

Hi and sorry for the late reply - as mentioned in my Community tab I had an accident with my motorcycle some 4 weeks ago, I am just back home now. To your question: Wolfgangs themselves do state that the knife is legal and conforms with §42a. I cannot give any legal advice here as I am not a lawyer but in my opinion there is nothing violating German law here (no onehanded mechanism for example). Hi Trung, thanks for your comment and your question - Wolfgangs is a German brand and according to their statement, the blades come from Viernheim, Germany. But I must honestly say that I am not aware of a smithery there and it might very well be possible that the steel itself is manufactured elsewhere and just refined on location. You can check one of the links in the info box though and send an email directly to the company. Maybe they can give you further information on this. :)

Danke fürs Reinschauen! Am Anfang ist das etwas gewöhungsbedürftig, ja. Man kann das Teklok aber auch entsprechend umjustieren. Ich trage nur generell gerne hochkant am Gürtel, quer ist irgendwie nicht mein Ding. Geschmackssache.. :)
