For everyone: After the thing with Nighthaven (Kali’s sector) Rainbow will split into 4 different teams. The team captains are Thermite, Hibana, Doc and Cav. What you saw in the video was Doc’s team (Wolfguard) and the operators which follow him are: Lion, Thunderbird, Bandit, Twitch, Monty, Clash, Thunderbird, Nomad, Melusi, Ying and Frost. How do I know this? Back than there was a big picture you could see the team captains and above there portraits where yellow sticky notes.

This actually touches on something interesting I've been trying to describe for a while now, and it requires some... unconventional thinking to understand. Basically, it's this. The lives of civilians are worth more than the lives of soldiers. Now, understand that I am not saying that soldiers have no worth, and quite frankly, I'd be insulting to say so. Nor am I saying you become of less worth by joining the military. Rather, I am saying that, as soldiers volunteer for service, to defend those who can't defend themselves (with the exception of conscription), they place their lives below those of civilians.

As of now, just story and lore. Wolfguard is the name of one of the four teams that Harry/Six formed after Nighthaven broke apart (taking some operators from Rainbow with them: Ela, Finka, IQ, Smoke and Pulse). As the name and the narration suggests, this team prioritises search and rescue whenever hostages and civillians are involved. So operators who would work well in that field (e.g. Lion, Thunderbird) are mostly in this team, led by Doc.

From a source I read in the bios, Rainbow found NH in possible connections with criminal activity. I'm assuming zero advised harry to anticipate such activities. This is just my speculation, but the whole internal conflict here probably has something to do with the events of Breakpoint, specifically Skell tech and a whole big misunderstanding. You gotta wonder where NH keeps getting their tech.
