The German war machine wasn't only mismanaged but also flawed and although there are arguments that could be made that they could have won WW2 the main issue was that Germany always had an issue of manpower as well as lack of resources. There's a 2 part video called Germany Could Not Win WW2 by Potential History that goes over every what if scenario and no matter what they couldn't win.
