Question. Did we check for Observation from the convoy ships to locate a UBoat after being attacked when they visual increases due to flares etc ? Escort Request Marker

Without going back and looking, we may have missed it, but yes, if there is an escort request marker at night it acts like Day.

Question. 2nd Officer If you upgrade him does he add to TDC numbers placed or only if he becomes active Captain?

Only when he is promoted to Capt. My least favorite skill to buy as I've never lost a Captain. (yet).
