Can’t be tell if lunch pouch is insulated. Do the meals stay cold or have space to put a ice pack in with the containers etc? My focus is mostly lunch/some work supplies and laptop

The backpack comes with the one gel ice pack. I always took them out and put them in the fridge at work, so I do know how well it holds. I never put any hot meals in there, so I can’t speak on that either. Sorry.

Hey! It’s holding up good! I did catch one of the side latches in the door and it ripped, but the actual backpack didn’t get torn, which I was impressed by. I honestly don’t meal prep how I should, so I pack a frozen meal most of the time. Because of the layout, it doesn’t lay flat so I have to store it vertically and it does leak sometimes because I don’t want to go through the trouble of getting to work early to label my food and put it in a hospital fridge. When it does leak, the backpack dries really fast. Thanks for asking! Maybe I’ll make a follow up video since it’s been a good couple of months that I’ve been using it that would probably make more sense.

I never kept it long enough to get wet, but I did have a glass bottle break inside and it dried over night.

Hey! I’ve only used it for a little less than 4 months. One buckle broke cause I caught it in the door, but I even put it in the wash and it did good. I made a video on it and I have to upload it this week or next week.
