I correct myself.......Emma singing Strong wasnt the only thing that touched Floor so much she cried. Emma AND Henk the tank made her into tears with Vivo Per Lei as well. Emma is going to be something really special....and Henk,you are a freakin legend!

As much as i love Floor and Henk at the Phantom, this was my favorite duet of the night. They really complete each other and those voices are like singing of angels. I cry every time and the emotion is so strong that it overwhelms you. And what about the Italian language, so beautiful

Emma’s a cover artist who sings in different languages. Her father’s a conductor, so music is obviously in her family. But she’s an amazing vocalist, whether she works from KZbin or a street corner or the stage. The fact that she can hold her own with a master like Henk is testament to her talent.

Owwww my mum is a Henk Poort fangirl toooo (at 83), she kissed him (and has his autograph)!!! We just came back from his solo-show: Hero's. When asked for the Beste Zangers, it made him go back in time to think of his own hero's. He started the evening with David Bowie, Hero's. If I hadn't already been sold, he had me there. Afterwards he came to the bar to have a drink with everybody. He is such a darling, down to earth like real Amsterdammers are. You should see the photo's: my mum is beaming like a teenager.. hahaha. And yes, when I thanked him for being so sweet to my mum, I kissed him too...It was a lovely evening with people I love, unforgettable... sigh ...

You can see "Auntie" Floor's pride in Emma - she knows what Henk can do, but Emma excelled herself. We are seeing a major star take her first steps towards the bright future she deserves. She doesn't over-sing like Carey or Dion. Like Floor, she does what the song needs.

She started her music career posting videos on KZbin. She's been singing pretty much exclusively in English, but sang Dutch for the first time in this show. And Henk sang in Spanish! The languages compliment each other surprisingly well.

Henk is fantastic and has such a rich voice, and Emma is VERY pretty and has has such a sweet voice. I'm happy to have been introduced to both of these wonderful singers by Beste Zangers. This was a great duet! Cheers! PS...this was the season finale where all the singers did duets. Also, Henk is an opera star (and actor) in The Netherlands and has performed in The Phantom of the Opera musical.

This is such a beautiful duet, for me this was/is just as good as the Phantom, different songs but both are amazing (must be the Henk factor hehehe) Talking about the "Henk factor" cant we just have Henk do every duet from now on? Like .. turn on the radio, some duet is playing and its Henk with... any female singer :P till the next one olly :D

This one gets me every time............ The chills and tears. They will do more..... I don't think any year is going to beat this. Henk was the first Phantom in the Dutch production. I read where Andrew Lloyd Webber said that Henks was the best performance he had heard. He also played the lead in Les Miserables. And he is an opera singer. He is going to guest on Floor's solo shows......... :-)

@@wolfrock2270 I don't think it will be the same unless they allow translations. The back stories made it more personal. I think besides Floor people got into the other singers because of this. Not that they weren't fantastic. We just became more attached to them. Tim's story got me the most. I think that is why Floor sang a song that was out now and agreed to do the duet with him. That is what made it so special........ :-)

@@fdsannie surely AVROTOS can read their comments section and realise that there is interest in subtitled episodes on youtube. Sometimes I just don't get media companies they need to be smarter and react faster in the modern world especially if they are going to use social media platforms. They got so much extra publicity through Denise's subtitled version of their episodes but then had youtube take them down?? Madness! Floor thanked her for her efforts I believe which is what you would do if you were social media savvy.

@@mnewm21 KZbin did not take them down. AVROTROS took them down. Someone told me in the comments of another video that Television in the Netherlands get their money from taxes. This way everyone in their country gets to see it. He said they could not show it outside of their country if they wanted to. It is against the law. So it would not matter to them. It is sad..........

@@fdsannie it still doesn't make sense. In Australia we have two "state run" tv stations which we pay for with our taxes but their content is shown all around the world and is all over youtube so there must be some other unusual restrictions placed on their television broadcasting if that is the case. To me you would want the tv station to make more money if they can license shows elsewhere so they can provide better quality content? Taxes will only provide so much revenue...
