It's not pizza, it is CHIZZA! The CHIZZA is a mash-up of fried chicken and pizza. Our recipe just takes it up a few notches... Fried chicken breasts, covered in a homemade marinara sauce and topped with pizza toppings and stretchy mozzarella cheese.
Recipe
∙ 7 Chicken breasts (1kg)

∙ ¾ cup Buttermilk
∙ ½ teaspoon dried ginger
∙ 1 tablespoon garlic powder
∙ 1 tablespoon onion powder
∙ 2 teaspoons salt
∙ 2 teaspoons white pepper
∙ ½ teaspoon cayenne
∙ ¼ teaspoon fine cloves
∙ ½ teaspoon dried thyme
∙ 1 tablespoon dried parsley
∙ 1 teaspoon paprika
Flour dredge
∙ 1 cup white bread flour
∙ 1 cup corn flour
Marinara sauce
∙ 1 can tomato puree (not paste)
∙ 1 onion
∙ olive oil
∙ ½ tablespoon dried oregano
∙ 1 teaspoon dried thyme
∙ Salt & pepper
∙ ½ tablespoon minced garlic
Pizza topping
∙ Mozzarella cheese
∙ Bell peppers
∙ olives
∙ fresh basil
∙ pineapple
∙ salami
