I just found your channel yesterday and I've watched all the 1300 series back-to-back. I like your philosophy on saving it and making it safe without doing a mega-money restoration. Looking forward to the next installment!

Good work👍🏼 been there with my Herald, it takes perseverance and will power but once you get over that tipping point and you can see the end it’s so worth it!!! Love these cars, my grandad had a Austin 1100 and we did many happy miles in it, I’d love to find one just like it, D reg, Burgundy with a brown interior and the long rectangular strip speedo😊

Nice work, didn't really notice the scalloped shape to the sill/wheelarch till you pointed it out then it was oh yeah it's all been filled with filler.

I am just starting on my Morris, its a minter by comparison to yours, but I reckon the worse the car is the better it will turn out and your sense of satisfaction grand idea getting another shell for parts

I told you weeks ago this is fixable, you said Nonono , all it takes is Head down bum up .... cutting grinding & bodywork , this is Looking fantastic if I had time & money I would do the same they are getting rarer to find , l am glad you are taking the time to bringing these cars back to life 😳😲😲😁 God Bless !

Ah, well I didn't say it wasn't fixable as such, just not a full restoration candidate 😉 But I'll admit, I may have gone a little further along that road than I intended! Initially it's quite freeing knowing it's not going to be a perfect car, so all I need to do is make it solid. But then there is the satisfaction of doing bits properly that outweighs that.

I'd od been inclined to remove more bits of that shell before it went back to the scrap yard!

Don't worry, I cut out more of the good bits, I just thought I wouldn't bore you with more plasma cutting video!
