@Manmonkee thanks for the memories of this challenging platformer. I remember playing both versions at a store kiosk. Seeing how different both versions were, but also how rad the ideas were. It was tricky, but on purpose, the level design tested your patience, dexterity, and exploration. Plus using the healing factor was a nice touch. The music & visuals were something else. It caught your eye, and kept you intrigued from start to finish. Even though brutal, it was worth a try.

It wasn't a great game on either system. But I miss each home console having a certain version of a game instead of like these last 20 years where it's the same on both. Batman returns on the SNES and Genesis actually did this well.

Nota dez para o seu canal amigo, torço para que fique no ar por muitos anos, sou da época do atari 2600 e odyssey. Fica aqui um conselho para você, o snes na maioria dos jogos ou em todos, tem a sua tela reduzida em relação ao mega, isso faz uma grande diferença na hora de avaliar, por exemplo, tenho os jogos earthorm jim para mega e para snes, a tela no mega fica muito maior, particularmente prefiro o jogo do mega por isso, acho que você deveria apresentar os jogos no tamanho de tela original de cada console, um abraço e vida longa pra esse canal.

Gosto mais das sprites do snes. Quase todas as versões de jogos do mega tem sprites menores, nem sempre isso é ruim, mas geralmente eu prefiro os de snes, principalmente em battletoads. Mas nesse jogo do Wolverine, os dois parecem bem diferentes nas fases, não dá para dizer que é o mesmo, acho que vale apena jogar as duas versões e ter o dobro da diversão

I had played the genesis version and what I hated was the controls , wolverine felt like he was on ice and attacking the enemies could had been better like a little faster animation on attacking and the machine that bump into you and then goes like a few feet away even when you attack it it does the same thing I didn’t feel satisfaction on attacking them . Seeing the snes it looks like it have great grapichs but still, the game play is not great either which is should had been the main focus on the games.

A common misconception. But it's just that SNES games are stretched horizontally to fit the screen because of its lower, almost square resolution. Genesis has 25% extra horizontal playfield, that's why Genesis sprites often seem smaller.
