Wolves and Grizzly Bears in Yellowstone: Lamar Valley Wildlife

The Lamar Valley of Yellowstone National Park is home to some amazing wildlife. We had an early morning looking wolves and grizzly bears, and guess what - We were successful! It was awesome to get to see the beautiful wildlife.
The story of the reintroduction of the wolves of Yellowstone is fascinating. We highly recommend looking into that story. It's amazing how their reintroduction has really help re-complete the Yellowstone ecosystem.
We also had the chance to see some big horn sheep climbing a wall!

It was definitely colder in Wyoming in July than it is here in Saudi in November 😂😂😂

I am working on getting a good spotting scope before I head back to Yellowstone this year. I tried to see wolves like this but they was not coming out in the July hot weather. Question, what month did you go to Yellowstone to see those Bighorn rams?

We were there in late July. We saw the wolves REALLY early one morning in the Lamar Valley, and found the bighorns later that afternoon north of Mammoth Campground on the N Entrance Road.

@@EricAndAsh okay. I saw the same family of bighorn in the same location in near mid July 12-16 like 2021. I forgot what day it was but that was the time I was there. I took the same footage similar to yours. I thought we cross paths but didn't know. That footage feels like we did cross paths. 😅
