How can I tell my stuff which Formation they have to let play. Because they always switch it. And as an extra question, how can i tell my stuff to let a certain player always play ? Would love to see how far you could take Celtic and/or Rangers in Europe whilst remaining in the Scottish leagues. I know the league may seem boring, but focusing on progression in Europe, especially the UCL, is very difficult!

I think it would be slightly interesting, the main thing is the League being very one-sided. Even when I've done rebuilds in Scotland before Celtic still cakewalk the league...

Yeah I get that - and totally understand why it would put you off! One I’ve struggled with is Sheffield Wednesday - 2nd season is a bit of a minefield because of the weak financial position and expiring contracts! Would love to see your take on it, especially your ideas in the first 2 or 3 seasons.

U should do a longer rebuild with the aim to try and bring Aberdeen back to the top. Also have u ever thought of doing a manager rebuild where u would for example take charge of a manager’s former clubs and see if u can do better than they did
