I’m 45 and grew up in prime of the Norwegian black metal scene ( and underground scene world wide) . Back then I was heavily involved in playing Sport & gym whilst most metal heads were drinking & smoking pot & cigarettes. I really didn’t fit the typical metal head stereotype. I still love the gym now and running ( plodding some would say 🤣👍). And WITTR inspire me to do so.
