I unknowingly overpaid $300 on my daughter's doctor bill in 2015. In 2017, they sent a refund, but in her name because she was no longer a minor. I had them reissue it in my name. Last month, a notice came to her stating the original check had not been cashed and to sign the form to have it reissued. We contacted them and explained that we believed the check had already been reissued 4 years ago. They said it had not! Ok..I am not gonna argue with you, go on and send me another check. Y'all should probably invest in better accounting software, but who am I to judge 😂😂😂

@@mrs.w8193 Right - God gave you that money to see how you was finna act. What we call blessings are tests alot of times, given to display a person's heart (is it away from God or close?). I get it, the banks be stealing, are egregiously deceitful...but isn't that wrong of them? Aren't the ways of the world shameful and against the way God teaches us to behave? So we know its wrong when these institutions do this - but why do we make excuses to commit wrongdoing ourselves? The lady went to JAIL for doing a wrong thing (stealing) - when people send $50 to the wrong person on CashApp, they be half ready to call the cops to remedy the situation when the receiver refuses to return the funds. Why? Because it's not right - there was a theft. Yes, it was a mistaken transfer, but a righteous person would've happily given it back. A greedy person would keep it, not caring about the other person's loss. Worse yet, people with greedy hearts who pretend to be near to God use God's name in vain to explain that their stealing was somehow sanctioned by God. Clearly, God DID NOT intend for the lady in the story to commit a crime by keeping that money as she was IMPRISONED for doing so - its clear to me that the lady was put in a position to do the wrong and desirable thing or the hard and righteous thing, and she did not pass the test. When it comes to money, from people's responses here, what's right or wrong all of a sudden gets fuzzy and then they bring God into supporting their wrongful thoughts. (We've all experienced greed in some form or another, but what did we truly learn from it? Have we changed at all with God's teaching as our guide? Are these worldly POVs the way we should train our children up?). I'm so thankful for God's grace that gives us opportunity to try again and become worthy of the kingdom of heaven. I hope we all take away a lesson from this story. God bless.
