One act of kindness can spark a chain of events. A woman, seeing a man riding his bike and struggling to pull some dogs behind him, was touched. She thought nothing of it initially until she saw him was once. She knew then that their fates were meant to cross. She decided to do something that would change his life completely.
Even though Alicia kept driving, she felt something motivating her to go back to the man she had seen. She told herself if she saw him once more, she would stop and help him. When fate intervened, it set the wheels in motion. The man named Steve was homeless - had been since 2001. He lived on the streets but found himself companions in the form of stray dogs that he ran into. Steve would take care of these dogs, which is how he managed to have the 10 following him while he is riding his bicycle.
