Woman convicted in eye drop murder case speaks from jail

For the first time, we are hearing from a Franklin woman convicted last month of killing a friend with eye drops.
In an exclusive call from inside the Waukesha County Jail, Jessy Kurczewski had a lot to say the night before her sentencing.
“Nobody got to know the Lynn I knew, the Lynn that I was there for, with and worked for daily, the Lynn that was my family that I loved and cared for,” said Kurczewski. “I could no longer wait. It is time I speak. I cannot be silenced.”
The 39-year-old was found guilty of killing her friend, Lynn Herman, back in 2018 by poisoning her with eye drops.

This woman is a liar. The defense throughout the whole trial was painting the victim as a horrible person and NOW written claims that the victim killed her own mother?! Don’t you think that would have been an important point for the defense to prove to save Jessy from imprisonment for the rest of her life? I mean it would have been a slam dunk! I think the prosecution would have loved that information. Let’s remember those interrogation tapes, the way Jessy changed the story; this is just the final chapter Jessy thinks this going to get her a new trial. Mistrial that’s the strategy here; a self induced mistrial brought on by the defense. Give me a break. How did that letter get out? Is the person who gave it to authorities the one who actually wrote it? If so, how did it get written on the back of trial notes. And now a delay in sentencing along with a new public defender brought in who will have to see all the discovery. Will the new public defender find something leaning towards a mistrial? It’s only been 5 yrs folks, what’s another two. 😔 this woman, who was found guilty, is diabolical. She has been lying and stealing for years. She’s been to prison only to come out and continue the same behavior. And now someone is dead. I didn’t at first agree with Dorow about postponement BUT now it will all be investigated and the truth always comes out. Remember all the lies she told in the beginning: first she didn’t know what happened to Lynn. Then she said she was helping her commit suicide now she says she didn’t do anything and all the time this was going on she made fake receipts to show for things that were never paid because the money went in her pocket. Don’t think for one minute this judge doesn’t see a snow job. Dorow knows it’s all gonna come out in the wash, and even though I myself would not have been very respectful to the accused, actually not accused the convicted killer, I can see where Dorow is going to take this. And it won’t be a mistrial I can promise you that, and an attempt of an appeal is laughable. When you make stupid choices you get stupid prizes. You are never getting out Jessy. Just sayin…

EXACTLY!!!! NOBODY should EVER give this psychopath any platform to spew her horrific lies, and victim blaming! It’s absolutely disgusting! This monster not only took the life of Lynn, stole over 250k, forged documents to make herself POA and sold off all of Lynn’s special items that Lynn wanted to give to her dear friends, she also kil*ed Lynn’s precious kitty’s whom meant the world to her. But… that was not enough for Jessy the Devil! She continues to slander, and cause torment & pain to Lynn’s family & friends by doing her best to paint Lynn as a thief, and a kil*er as well. That is the ultimate betrayal and that is also total projection that Jessy is claiming Lynn committed the exact crimes in the exact way in which Jessy has been convicted of! Honestly, I wish this happened in a state that had the death penalty bc this Devil of a woman deserves hands down! Yes, she’ll get Life Without parole, but she’s also still incredibly dangerous inside the prison itself, just like she got that letter somehow out to try and manipulate a friend to commit multiple crimes. She won’t stop. Also, I fully believe that Jessy’s mother had involvement as well at least in the financial crimes. If so, the DA said they are still investigating others and I believe she meant the mother and if she herself did commit crimes against sweet Lynn in any way, I hope she gets prosecuted and the max sentence! Jessy’s mom I do know for a fact was an awful mother obviously. I believe Jessy is some type of sociopath or something bc seems to do the Devils work and it doesn’t bother her. Btw, after this News channel phone interview or statement, the Amazing judge Dorow filed something to now Jessy can no longer talk to the media bc Judge Dorow cited she believes Jessy is only looking for sympathy from the public. I love Judge Dorrow. We need her in Delphi Indiana to overseen and correctly proceed over the Richard Alan case.

The real story I believe is explained in Lynn's bank statements before she Jessie got the power of attorney. There's a big difference between spending $100 to $200 and $4000. Lynn's being in her hospital bed , so sick, unable to talk but able to transfer money from her account to Jessie's and write checks. Mmmmmmmmm. NO. And not to forget the " what's is tetrahadrozoline? " When the detective asked her in the interrogation room, then, " Oh, I knew about the eye drops, but I never put any in her drink. " Then, " Yes, I once did put one or two drops in her drink." Really?!?!?!? 🫨
