Potentially be out in 6 years on a 12. Meanwhile the bicyclist is DEAD and the poor family gets a life sentence of grief due to the injustice and not having there loved one 😡. This Judge is trash.

Because if the judge gave her life in prison, the “DEAD” person would no longer be dead and the family would no longer have a life sentence of grief? …OR if the “DEAD” bicyclist had died from injuries from a rollover off his bike, the family would no longer have a life sentence of grief? I’m trying to understand how someone else’s fate changes their grief…

This Judge is a really fair Judge. She is seeing a lot of things we don't see. Remorse, Not ever likely to commit a criminal act among other things and Redemption. If we don't give credit to Judges decisions we have no real justice.

😮 I remember this case she's been out buying she's Rich she paid off a lot of money finally gave the judge a big lump sum of cash to go out to dinner you know what I'm saying? I will spend the rest of my life in prison that's why it sucks the system sucks

You can shoot someone you don’t like with with a gun and get far less time than you do for an accident. This was an avoidable accident. She is responsible for drinking and driving and should be held accountable. 12 years is a long time and this woman’s baby who will not see its mother for probably a decade. These families of the victims are always so vengeful and accomplishes nothing. Why don’t they work on getting rid of guns!

Are you serious? Their daughter was killed by a drunk driver who also had a minor in her vehicle. She won’t get to see her child for 6 years? Who cares? The victims Mother will NEVER see her daughter again. The victim will never get to have a child. The victims Mother did not loose her child. Her child was taken from her by someone who will only serve less than 12 years for murder. This was not an accident. It was her choice to drink and drive. Then, can you imagine that the victim’s family will only receive a little over a $1,000 ordered by the Judge? And you have the nerve to think that this grieving family should be concerned about firearms. You are either mentally unstable or have an extremely low IQ. Shame on you and shame on the Judge for this unbelievable decision.

Because if they did that , criminals would be the only ones with guns. Law abiding citizens have a right to protect their families with firearms.

⁠That’s what being trailer trash is all about vengeance, retribution, an eye for an eye. How about some education or preventative measures before anyone is killed by a drunk driver. They are getting their vengeance on a little baby who had nothing to do with this. Education rehabilitation are really the only answers. Eventually this person is going to get out and hopefully not reoffend.
