Come on people watch the WHOLE video before commenting: she accused the elderly dog owner of punting the dog into the river-lie then when out of the river she drunkenly refused to ID herself for the police report because she had warrants ….. became crazy angry after making a criminal allegation at the elderly dog owner. Police tried to conduct an investigation into whether the owner HAD engaged in animal abuse at the drunk, angry dog rescuers claim.
