We have rules out here. 1: if you shoot it, you find it 2: don't waist meat 3:one shot one kill 4: only kill the legal limit and in season 5: don't leave your kill in the bush, it's a waist. We only kill for Necessity. It's better to kill your own food. Because then you decide how it dies. At a slaughterhouse you don't know if it died painfully.

Since we don't hear about it, it's possible that the three lost their mother or mother's. Normally baby dear don't leave the spot their mother's put them, so it's likely the three now motherless went looking for shelter.

Could be that the mother/mothers were still outdoors. They only go to their babies a few times a day to avoid calling unwanted attention to the babies from predators.

These deer are young, only a couple of months old. Hunting season is not until November so their Mom is just out and about. The deer will go back outside after the storm and meetup with Mom.

They came in through the bathroom window, protected by a silver swan, and though I thought they knew the difference. The just mooed and pawed for food. So I named them the days of the week. And now the play by the old lagoon. Didn't anybody tell them.....

Mother deer can, will, and have killed humans for getting too close to their young. However, it is unliely that the 3 fawns have the same mother as in wild deer twins are exceedingly rare and triplets moreso. Also, those three fawns looked like 2 different species, as 1 appeared to be a young Fallow Deer, however i am not 100% certain, two of them were definitely white tail,however. Another concern i have with this video is the dexription of the weather would indicate late summer/early fall, however fawns lose their spots by mid summer
