For me, I think 3 to 4 times a week is a nice average. That would be every other day, with an extra one on the weekend. It makes me want it more the next day, and it gives both of us a break every other day to focus on getting some house stuff done, or even just relaxing. It helps us both know what the expectation is, and makes me adjust my focus to something more productive on the off days. Just my thoughts.
