Spoilt brat-like/elitist behaviour (e.g. people who refer to themselves as "bad b*tches", claim to have "very high standards" or are "high maintenance" ) [often correlates with No. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5] 14. Materialistic [often correlates with No. 12 & 13] 15. Their actions don't follow their words (cognitive dissonance) 16. No sense of boundaries 17. Uses past events or personal information you gave when you 'opened up' to them, as ammunition against you during fights or quarrels. 18. Clingy, jealous or possessive (e.g. not being allowed to have any female friends/spend time with family or friends, etc) 19. Frequent quarrels over trivial things--it seems some people think toxicity makes relationships more 'fun or exciting' (or even straight up admit they enjoy toxicity in relationships) 20. Habit of lying (shouldn't be ignored [along with No. 7, 14 & 16] as it could escalate over time [often correlates with No. 10, 11, 13 & 15. Possibly with No. 6] ) 21. Comes from a broken/toxic/abusive home and/or lacks (proper) parental figure(s). Also, like attracts like, so make sure to be self-aware and reflect on your actions/behaviour to grow and mature as a person. And be compassionate to others as you'd be to yourself. These are just my observations & opinions and should be held up to scrutiny.

"Forced to explain why I wouldn't date someone" yea I've had something similar, a friend of the girl asked and I said no, so she started pushing harder and harder to get an explanation as to why I wasn't interested, so I told her. I found her friend to be annoying as the only time she interacted with me was because she was behind on her work and needed help, which was distracting and frustrating for someone who struggles to stay focused. I didn't find her attractive and was not interested in a relationship at all as I'd rather focus on other things but that wasn't a good enough answer so she applied more pressure, I have severe anxiety so this was a nightmare scenario, I broke down I then gave her the unfiltered truth, then left and had a panic attack in the toilets. she went back to her friend and rather than being a decent person, recounted what I had said verbatim and then brought a crying girl to me demanding an apology. To say that it was the wrong way of handling it is an understatement and I viewed her actions to be really nasty and manipulative at the time, as an adult though what she did absolutely disgusts me.

The first time I actually felt sorry for Men was 12yrs ago. My ex Romanian whom was (is) a bodybuilder was being literally hit and abused by his African girlfriend. I knew him for so long and we remained friends for yrs so I knew who he was and how he acted. Finding out this situation made me so mad and infuriated because we both knew that 1 hit and he could kill her but she felt powerful because she knew he wouldn't return a hit. Girl children are "as strong as" boy children, up until puberty kicks in; that changes radically when testosterone starts taking over. The average woman is about as strong as an average 12 year-old BOY. A man, even an un-fit man, is at least 3 times as strong as a woman, and if he's fit, he will be even stronger, of course. Most women never get to experience just how strong a man is in comparison to themselves, hence this absurd nonsense about "I will knock you out"; they are still thinking in terms of childhood, when boys could be beat up just as easily as their peers. Unless a woman is a trained martial artist, she really hasn't much of a chance against a determined man; one punch and she's done like dinner. That's not to say she shouldn't learn self-defense; knowing WHERE to strike can make a difference in the clinch, and certain parts of the body are vulnerable even in a strong man, but the best defense is to get the hell out of Dodge!

Psychologically, I felt worthless, unappealing to opposite sex and I had little to no self belief - which also affects workout performance (no self-belief in lifting a weight = no lift before you have even tried). Worst was my anxiety and motivation, the former was through the roof but motivation was little to none. Spiritually, I just had no will power and felt my masculine traits we’re nothing compared to what they are now. Any weight I gain now, I make doubly sure it’s muscle (you will gain a bit of fat) because having more muscle has numerous health benefits, no just aesthetic and athletic benefits
