There are still exceptions of course, just as there are women in Ukraine that are not traditional, but overall I think good Dutch women are rare nowadays. In my opinion it starts with being high quality yourself and having good morals to find those exceptions. I am still amazed how some of those men that get cheated on or hear those answers about their girlfriend wanting to be with their ex for one time not drop them on the spot. After almost 8 years my girlfriend knows I will do just that, and I don't treat her any different than I would if she was Dutch. @@JoeBlobA I completely agree with you. As an adult come, idgaf what my father thinks of my outfits but I would want my bf to be comfortable with whatever is going on. I'm simply commentating on why a father and a bf are not comparable for an adult who can make their own decisions vs a child who should do as their parents say. A child is to be protected from creeps. A grown woman can choose what she wants to wear BUT should also understand what sort of attention this will garner and what msg she is sending the world. When I was younger and had more male friends, I intentionally dressed like a homeless person when around them because I did not want that sort of attention from them or for them to view me as attractive. I also didn't want my bf to have even the slightest feeling that I wanted anything to do with anyone else. I am not a stripper and don't dress like one (there is a time and place for everything though) and my bf did not choose to date a stripper- if I suddenly dressed like one then his concern would totally be warranted. Same thing if someone's bf wanted to wear a dress...... It's understandable that the gf would be concerned as that isn't typical for their SO and may be a red flag. A conversation SHOULD happen.

Any man who is OK with his woman going out in public half dressed is looking for trouble, and any woman who is in a relationship and still goes out half dressed is looking for his replacement.
