The police and the national guard has business hours, the perpetrators has perp. Hours, someone government officials should factor into the decision to patrol during the night and violence hours, not the 9 to 5 commuting hours, where more likely crime and violence are lower. Who is signing off the patrolling timeline? An MBA from another state university, book smart, transplant American living on the upper west side?. Does not commute by subway or bus, Ubers to the office and back, doesn’t know how to swipe a metrocard. Good ideas.
