I have nothing against the Greeks and I understand most of their pride for their organizations BUT I wish they had the same energy for these things as they would for Desantis and similar folks. I’m sure in British society, there are many occasions when people have pretended to be part of the royal family, the “posh” crowd, well known charities or successful community groups. You may not use Greek names but it happens everywhere. As humans we want to belong, to associate with success. The Divine 9, (Black fraternities and sororities), focuses on charities, community services, etc. Many want to associate with the fraternities and sororities; but, Al is right - they have to do the work.
