There have been a handful of cases here in the US where fathers were awarded back child support, but there is no real consequence for paternity fraud. Whoever is elected we should push for automatic DNA testing at birth prior to signing in the birth certificate. That should slow down all the 304s.

Just DONT do it until all doubts about paternity have been laid to rest, get that DNA test first. If the mother, the hospital or anyone else wants your signature on a birth certificate just refuse to sign until you see DNA results confirming your paternity.

I have to disagree there is a universal playbook, it only has one rule though: put in the work. Through communication you learn what works and what doesn't, you learn compromise, you learn compatibility. That's the issue with a lot of people, the standard vow says "for better or worse...as long as you both shall live". People hate that worse part. The real problem with paternity fraud is that if and when the children start deal with medical and insurance specialists they won’t be able to provide accurate information pertaining to family history which will be detrimental in the long run. Certain diseases and illnesses may be hereditary, they should know the truth so they can address them early.
