I've seen this locomotive 3 blocks from my house when it went by. When it went by here, there were people who were close to the track, but not that close. Many were experienced train photographers. It's a cool locomotive. No, I can't see CPKC not being involved in Mexico. I've been involved with my guy friend in railfanning for years as we are train photographers, and you really need to take your safety seriously. The best train videos are ones where you are back from the tracks, not close up.
