About 2 decades earlier, the job of ALP/LP were for 'male only'. The service conditions are harsh with long duty hours defying biological clock. Today the scenario has changed as we see more and more ladies getting selected for ALP, LP, Motorman and Express tràins. The Railway administration has also created necessary infrastructure like separate rest rooms and toilets. Wishing the best for the brave lady Running Staff of IR.

Atleast on this particular day, the loco is thoroughly cleaned well from outside. Even the loco pilots appear groom. Probably the bogies have also been cleaned externally. An expenditure of few lakhs has already been debited to conduct this exercise.😂😂😂

Has DRM, ADRM ever travelled by any train originating from their division. Especially in sleeper class or 3A/C. Or atleast have they inspected the compartments randomly to know the condition of maintenance by their staff. Definitely the answer is NO. They have no control over their subordinates. SMVT comes under their jurisdiction. Do they go periodic visits to check the prevailing conditions and the problems faced by traveling passengers. NO. They wake up only when railway minister come or PM come to flag off VB. Ofcourse when there is a train accident.😂😂 Educated.😂😂😂
