This teaching is so revolutionary- but, at the same time, it has always been there in the Word of God!

Just found THM. This is SO helpful. I’m looking forward to freedom. This was a joy to watch. I love the informality of this whole presentation and the sister-sister relationship and interaction. Real life people.

I am reading the book and thought this video was awesome. Great start to helping me understand the plan and of course putting Pearl & Serene voices to my head while reading the book. Love it:) This is so freeing

The biblical basis to this plan is what drove me! My THM Plan book and my THM Cookbook arrived me just now. So looking forward to this journey

I love their enthusiasm! 😍 I'm from a big family too, I had no problem following them, just like chatting with my sisters. I've been on all these different paths of eating also. It makes total sense to me to switch up the food types (s,e,fp) to keep your metabolism activated.

Pearl loves it. She would be lost without Setene. See her smile, That’s her little sister. They’ve always been like that, finishing each other’s sentences. Don’t worry about it.

I love listening to these two gorgeous sisters. Sometimes I'll put their chats on in the background while I'm working in the office, just to have their sisterly chatting keeping me company. :) [loving the latest 'poddy' casts, by the way, Serene and Pearl.x

Great job, Ladies!! Thanks for sharing not only the facts of THM, but also your hearts. I have been on THM for 4 months and KNOW what you mean about food freedom. This was MY answered prayer!!

So happy to have found this video. I'm re-reading and getting focused again. This is a beautiful reminder to me that I'm falling victim to strong holds yet again. Does anyone have a copy of the notes that they provided during this talk?

This is incredible!!! Though I read the Bible, I have never thought to search it for a plan of what to eat... So freeing. Yes, as the previous poster asked, can you please link the handout? Thank you for posting this video!!!!

I loved the presentation but I feel like I missed 20% of everything Pearl said (really important stuff I wanted to hear) because Serene kept interrupting every 5-10 seconds before letting Pearl finish her sentences. It was a bit too much and obnoxious. I also loved everything Serene said (except for a LOT of unneeded short jokes) but the constant interrupting totally throws people off. Please Serene, sister, you gotta work on this before giving more public presentations that may turn viral. Other than that, I love their energy, all the biblically-based research they did and the great work you're doing. I'm new to the program and looking forward to seeing great results soon! God bless!

BeautyByLucia it wasn't that bad for those who are not so pedantic and who are patient. They are trying to compliment each other.
@benjigirl19717 жыл бұрын
It's not pedantic to be frustrated with rude interrupting, disrespectful behaviour. Serene needs to learn some respect, this is why I stopped listening to them . Hopefully Serene has changed because ugh, it's painful to watch.

Yes, maybe it would work well to divide the talk up and let one speak and then the other so that no one gets spoken over. Love the info, though!

I loved what BOTH had to say. Serene is funny and animated but together...OMG, it was frustrating with the talk overs. It did appear rude but Pearl is so gracious. I love the concepts but the books are overwhelming...like here. A LOT of info...terminologies and pages of "explanations" really make it over the top with overwhelmness. BUT having said that, I plan to stick with it, because I agree with SO much of their conclusions.

Thank you for sharing. I am a gluten free, soy free, dairy free, vegetarian. LOL Yeah it's complicated. I'm really healthy and praise God he has given me good health all of these years. I am very much into being healthy and eating well. I understand everyone's bodies react differently to different foods, however, the principle is, if you are choosing to eat well and pick foods that work with your body and your body type, you will keep the weight off and you will remain healthy as best as you can. God untimely gives us our health, and yes we should preserve it if it is good. I have found a few THM recipes fun and tasty, and I have had to make them vegetarian sometimes. LOL but overall, I think it it would be too much for me to adapt to since I have so many limitations of what I will and will not eat.

Wow! You ladies are so beautiful and Serene you are so funny. Serene you are a sweetheart but your poor sister Pearl you hardly ever let her get a word in edgewise. I love everything that you say but it's hard to watch you keep cutting her off and I mean that with the utmost respect

Give your sister Pearl time to speak!! You are constantly monopolizing the stage and the conversation! Either you are going to be the main speaker or you are going to respect your sister's time to speak and share also.
@amydsm10408 жыл бұрын
+June McBride I couldn't help but sense a strong air of competition between them during this video. I'm not so sure it was wise to have them both on the stage at the same time.

It's her birthday for pete's sake....lighten up these two get each other .... I don't sense any competition just contentment...it's contagious!
@AM-nw2hz6 жыл бұрын
June Mcbride I did not see that at all. They were having allot of fun and joking, teasing eachother the way sisters do, but is seamed clear one would in no way have done this without the other. They worked as a team and seamed to have allot of fun up there, the competitiveness/teasing was all part of the fun. Light hearted and I see them as very loving and respectful of eachother.

6:23 " teeth started to fall out because not enough protein". No she ate raw foods wrong. Too low carbs!! Alot of raw food people get if wrong and then go back to eating everything. I mean i dont care but just had to clarify that she didnt get sick because of veganism but because she did it wrong. All foods we eat have protein and fat in it . Our bodies dont needs a ton of protein
