And realize that just two drinks in most states is going to put you above the BAC. Drunk driving doesn't always look the way many people think. If you go to a bar, party or restaurant and have two drinks within a one or two-hour period depending on your weight and metabolism you would be over the BAC and put in prison if this is how you feel.

She got 25 years. My great uncle and his granddaughter, on her 11th birthday, were killed by a drunk driver who was 18! They served 25 years. So basically 12.5 years for each victim. His son was murdered a few years ago, his killer got life without parole…after taking a plea deal to avoid the death penalty and saving us hearing the details. His twin brother, was the dad of the girl killed.
