​@@trouty7947 The thumb under fingers is called the "hook grip" and yeah it is not disallowed in this video, but if enough people keep using it, they will ban it soon enough. It's not that difficult to set up a new rule at a carnival game. Also, it hurts if you don't use it often. Powerlifters use it to lift heavy weights, beyond 200kg, and rarely even over 300kgs.

Thicker bar than your usual pull up bar or barbell. No grip AT ALL on the bar. And yes it rotates. Just tried this in Virginia Beach a couple of days ago. You had to go for 2mins. I had 28 secs left and then the fix was in😂😂😂
