Sorry but no shoe laces out and not cleaning them lost me . U just said u have hotdog juice on them all she did was cover it up with wax

You're absolutely right I didn't get this at all. So she didn't brush the shoes clean, she didn't take the laces out so that the tongue could be polished, and no socks guard so you could get dye stains on them!
