The defendant sold the plaintiff a car she didn't own and in the end she calls the plaintiff a scammer. It was her responsibility to have a clear title. Blue book basically reflects what an insurance company is willing to pay on a totalled vehicle, whereas the actual value of the vehicle is much higher. Ask anyone who has had a vehicle totalled out by an insurance company if they were satisfied with the payout.

Right from the start listening to her talk to the plaintiff I knew exactly how this would end. This is probably not the first time the Plaintiff has gone before court. Because he knows how to behave in a court room. I've seen people blow up in court rooms. If it's authentic it actually does make a point in their behalf. When it happens the judge will take an understanding if the outburst was authentic. But he'll also tell them that it has to stop. If the person apologizes it will be ok.

The daughter is wrong and taking her mother out of her own home and puts her into a nursing home !!! I thought she took her so she could take care of her but, NO she put her mother into a nursing home and did take money from her mother and that’s all the daughter wanted to do. And what the plaintiff who is suing the sister he should take Judge Judy’s advice to go to a family court and for him to say that he wants to take care of his mother so he can get her back into her home. If the brother wants to be around her mother and wants her mother to go back to her own home ??? He should go to the family court to get that done. Because I believe every sibling has a right to care for their mom but, the sister she didn’t care about taking care of her mom and I guess it’s true taking money from her mom and not wanting to help in the care of her mother. What their mother don’t want to live in a nursing home. Many older people want to live in their home unless they have a child who will care for her. But, in this case the mother was living in her own home in the care of her son. And I believe she was fine there. But, the sister probably needed money and she did what she had to do to get money from her mother and didn’t even want to help out in caring for her mother. This is elder abuse.
