I left my body for no reason I was tired I layed down on the couch but I admit I'd been feeling this vibration that had been coming thru me everytime I had a arvo nap. I was just drifting really, I heard a noise outside and tryed to get up but as I swung around putting my feet on the ground I saw my legs on the couch, I felt so tired and heavy took three goes to stand up it felt like wading thru water, but once up I couldn't believe it I realized what had happened. It's a long story but I did have trouble getting back in as well. Let me first say that I applaud her strength and optimism for humanity. However, my guides tell me we will NOT think or meditate our way into higher consciousness. This will be divinely assisted via solar energies and other catalysts that will tune our bodies via a transmutation process. We cannot reach those frequencies in our current physical body as it exists today. There WILL BE a split once the first wave of light hits. Those that are in a state of allowing and acceptance will release into their transmutation process. However, many many will not.
