I have a coworker who kind of look like that where her chin is pushed back, and her mouth and nose are just more protruding. But she doesnt have problem with chewing or anything. Its just how her face shape is.

I had something like hers (although minor by comparison) it wasnt until I went to see a dentist and had braces on (receding chin, crooked teeth, poor tongue posture) did i realize my bite was not normal, i found out I clench my teeth to the point i had to have my teeth filled in and my weak chin + crooked teeth made me talk in a way that I had to move my jaw unnaturally to pronounce words correctly. My sister has it worst, her side profile is the same as the girl in the video and believe me, she struggles even though she looks “normal” while eating and talking. Anything off balance in your body has a domino effect. Your friend looks normal because thats her normal but that doesnt mean her quality of life is good. If she can afford it, she should invest in an orthodontist/dentist
