Can we just take a moment to appreaciate how much Omar allows himself to get thrown about in these videos? The man himself is the very epitome of patient accepting appreciation.

We agree, Go Omar, however the man featured here is the equally awesome Ray Burns. We celebrate all the ukes and training partners that endure/ enjoy the teaching process for everyone else's benefit.

This is a good technique. because it conditions you to follow through realistically without injuring yourself or your training partner.

Just a slight movement and correction is what differs between the right and wrong technique. Right technique produces result, wrong technique would be fatal the practitioners themselves.
