I knew that the throat and womb are connected, but the idea that the energy we voice directly affects our womb opened up a new sense of connectedness. We really should be very aware of which emotions we are expressing because they not only create our external reality, affecting those around us, but also shape who we are. Speaking too much wastes our creative energy-I knew that, but somehow it really hit me this time. What is it that wants me to waste that energy? What is pulling me in that direction? Thank you for highlighting that! I love that video; it deepened my knowledge and experience, bringing me closer to my core and awakening those small things that actually form the foundation for everything else.

The singing I relate to so much! I thought I was being ridiculous but I totally have a similar experience during different times of the month not singing as freely and other times can’t stop but didn’t quite know why! Thank you for your insight.

@@laurynblottin4841 🙏🤍 it’s not a one size fits all of this issue means this, and that issue means that, but definitely hoshimotos has a womb connection too. i’ve worked with a lot of women with pcos. if go deeper into specifics of people’s personal stuff, it’s usually in my 1:1s as i can see their specific whole picture
