I'm from Detroit Michigan I need help finding my brother Dwayne Keith Hailey born June 18,1969 at Ziegler's Hospital in Detroit. I don't believe he's die. No death certificate and my certificate say I'm a single birth. No I am not I'm a twin. Someone please help me find out the truth.

Boss Hogg Zelma lied. She didn't want that baby because she had that baby premature and she thought something was wrong with the baby. one thing i know about blacks back in those days.
